Welcome to cn44. These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and cn44 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the cn44 website, mobile-optimised platform, gaming software, sports betting services, promotional offers, customer support channels, and any other services made available by cn44, whether accessed via desktop or mobile browser.

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. You must update your account details promptly should any information change.

By completing the cn44 registration process, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility criteria are satisfied. cn44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to copies of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate.

Each player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their cn44 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication method associated with their account. cn44 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your cn44 account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

• Not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

cn44 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. However, if cn44's systems are found to have been the direct cause of a security breach, cn44 will take all reasonable steps to minimise the impact on affected players and will communicate transparently throughout the process.

cn44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is believed to have been compromised, used fraudulently, or is under investigation for a potential breach of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice and without liability for any resulting disruption to access.

cn44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in BDT. cn44 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in any foreign currency.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your cn44 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• cn44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges — please consult your provider's terms.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours of submission during normal operating hours, subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable bonus wagering requirements having been satisfied.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing windows may experience minor delays but will be completed as promptly as possible by the cn44 payments team.
• Withdrawals will be issued to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account from which the original deposit was made, in order to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• cn44 reserves the right to request additional identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in value or frequency.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page at the time the offer is made available.
• Minimum odds: Free bet credits and certain bonus wagers may only be applied to bets placed at a minimum stated odds threshold. Bets placed below the minimum odds will not count towards the wagering requirement.

Sports Betting:

• All sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition as recognised by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, cn44 will apply its standard void-bet policy, which typically results in the original stake being returned to the player's wallet.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is placed. cn44 does not guarantee that in-play odds are available at all times during a live event.

Casino Games:

• In the event of a technical failure during an active game round, cn44 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the wager returned.
• Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cn44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the cn44 platform using automated tools for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of cn44 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

cn44 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by cn44's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at cn44.io/privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the cn44 Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key principles include:

• Errors or inaccuracies in displayed odds, game results, or account balances caused by third-party data providers, where those errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your negligence.

The cn44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cn44 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is operational, accurate, and secure at all times, no warranty of uninterrupted availability is given. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Nothing in this clause limits cn44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct by cn44 itself, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cn44 reserves the right to amend any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Where amendments are material, cn44 will provide advance notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

cn44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without notice, where:

• A player is found to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• cn44 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or underage use.
• A player's account has been inactive for an extended period and cn44 determines, in its sole discretion, that maintaining the account is no longer operationally justified.
• cn44 is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

Upon account termination, any balance remaining in the player's wallet (less any outstanding bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation or KYC verification process.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cn44's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the cn44 platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through the following process:

• Step 1 — Informal resolution: Contact cn44 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute. The support team will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days (BST).
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to cn44's senior compliance team, who will conduct a formal review and respond within 15 business days.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, both parties agree to submit the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require immediate action to prevent irreparable harm.
